All products and services given for any reason at any time or location, with any delivery method by Company or its affiliates, affiliated companies, employees, third party vendors and subcontractors to any user of this website or any person or company using or purchasing a service or product (hereinafter a “Client”) shall remain the property of Company. Company retains the rights and ownership of all services and products. Any product created by Company, its affiliates, affiliated companies, employees, third party vendors and/or subcontractors may be protected by U.S. Copyright laws. Company grants our Clients the right to use our products and services on a limited basis. Products purchased by Clients are granted use of the product for a period described in the email delivering the product or service, which may be used in accordance with all local, state and federal laws, pursuant to the existence and availability of a storage and hosting method facilitated by the Company. Should the Client wish to extend the use of the Product, the applicable renewal fee at that time shall be due from and paid by the Client to the Company. Sale or distribution of Company products and services without Company’s written consent is prohibited.

Company retains the right to use any and all photographs, aerials and virtual tours for marketing and promotional use, on their website, printed marketing or email advertising, of which Client is liable and responsible for disclosing to all entities, persons or parties who may view or benefit from the product or service provided. Company shall not be held liable in any way and is not responsible for any outages of any kind with online hosting services or broken equipment and shall be granted the amount of time it takes to correct and rectify any problem that occurs. Client acknowledges that the photography and tours may have imperfections. The online hosting of Company products are offered to our Clients for a fee and may be removed by Company from our hosting service at any time and for any reason. Any misuse or violation of any law in accordance with the use of or distribution of a service or product provided by Company, its affiliates, affiliated companies, employees, third party vendors and/or subcontractors will be suspended or revoked immediately without notice and the Client shall by liable.

Should weather, broken or malfunctioning equipment, or a transportation delay occur or causes an appointment to be delayed, changed or cancelled, Client agrees that a new appointment will be re-scheduled. If the appointment cannot be rescheduled, the Client shall not be charged. Should a Client need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, 24 hours’ notice is required, otherwise a fee of $75.00 shall be charged to and paid by Client to the Company.
